The Province organized a week-long formation program for junior sisters at the Novitiate House in Madurai. Sessions included scripture study, spiritual renewal, community living, and mission-oriented training. Resource persons guided the sisters to deepen their commitment to religious life and to embrace their vocation with joy and dedication. The program concluded with a thanksgiving Mass, where the young sisters renewed their promise to serve the Church and society with faith and love.
